(a) The Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by Karls Communication.  Karls Communication may terminate this agreement and your access to the Site at any time without notice. If this happens, you are no longer authorized to access the Site.
(b) All restrictions imposed on you, disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms and Conditions will survive termination. 

4. Proper use of the links provided
The use of the links provided herein to mass mail or spam the entities is expressly prohibited.  Users may use the links provided herein to send their resumes only to job openings FOR WHICH THEY EMINENTLY QUALIFY or to entities that specifically request individuals to send in resumes at any time.  Any other usage of the links provided herein is a violation of these terms and the person or persons making that violation of the terms of usage assumes full responsibility for any repercussions from that usage.  Karls Communication disclaims all responsibility for misuse of the links provided herein and is not responsible for any action in violation of these terms of use.
